SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship Monday-Friday. Please allow 2-3  business days and 5-7 days for high volume seasons like Christmas for us to pack and ship your order. Once your order has shipped it should arrive within 2-5 days and up to 2 weeks for international orders.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

If you entered the wrong address please contact us before your order goes out.

Send us an email at cocoselectllc@gmail with your order number and we'll correct the mistake if your order has not been processed.  If it has, we're sorry for your loss, and you will have to reorder.

To avoid this error, we encourage you to create an account on our website, even if you aren't going to purchase at this release.  It is free to do so, and will save you time in the future when you do order.
